Walton Split Bamboo Fly Rod Collection. The Izaak Walton
Limited Edition Rods have been designed
to set your senses and responses alive.
Naturally seasoned, maintaining
sufficient natural oils to be sealed to
protect and permit the rods to fully
perform and feel alive from this natural
ancient source of the civilised orient.
Every Izaak Walton Rod has been hand
planned on English Ash formers. Every rod
will be as unique and individual as the
very next. They are straightened by the
eye and |

| not clamped or
have any form of modern day techniques used. The
whippings are claret or green close ties and the
wooden rod spacer is made from English Yew. |

| The ferule
stoppers are made also from the same hardwood to
protect the ferules. All metal fittings are made
from solid high quality british foundary brass,
the fittings are then put through a process of
gun metalling. The reel fittings are engraved
with the name 'Izaak Walton' and numbered. A
Mayfly is engraved at the base of the rod on the
end cap. Complete with Rod bag,
Oak Handcrafted Case and Certificate.

| The Izaak
Walton Wading Staff has been hand plannned again
on Ash formers, made to a length of 54". The
Staff has a full length lanyard that can be slung
over your head and shoulders when fishing so it
is safe and allows your hands to be completely
free to cast and angle. |

| The handmade
staff has hand turned brass end ferule section at
the foot of the staff that is weighted with a
rubber end suction cap. In the top odf the handle
is a brass plate with an Izaak Walton inscription
and again the Mayfly hand engraved. The Handle is
made from English Yew to match the rod collection
and the staff is finished in green or claret
close ties. The staff comes complete with
certificate of authenticity and the staffs like
the rods are individually dated and numbered.
